LEED Certification and High Performance Buildings

The design, construction, and certification of a LEED™ building is a multi-disciplinary effort that unites economically feasible green building technologies, with intelligent design, and sustainable construction practices. Franken Construction is committed to environmentally friendly business practices, sustainable construction methods, and participating in the growth of global sustainable design and construction community. As such, Franken Construction provides LEED™ construction administration services for clients seeking certification with the United States Green Building Council. Franken Construction built the New Mexico Workers Compensation Administration Building in Las Vegas, one of New Mexico’s first experimental sustainable projects, and we were also the first General Contractor to achieve LEED Certification on a residential dormitory in the State of New Mexico.
