Project
The Student Support Center renovation covered approximately 8,200 SF of an existing vacant stand-alone building. The scope included demolition of existing interior walls, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and the addition of new load-bearing structural steel beams and columns as well as new interior framed partitions, plumbing HVAC, electrical and special systems, and new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Many of the interior walls, doors, and millwork items were part of the DIRTT Construction System. Franken Construction was responsible for all coordination, sequencing, and preparation required for the DIRTT system items.
